In my opinion, this is a great question because it is relevant to many people today.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a good topic that affects many children. You should include statistics in or paper for sure. I have no idea what the devorce percentage is in the U.S. but I bet its high. About your topic, I think you are going to find way more information then you need. You may want to narrow down by focusing on one or two effects. Like emotionally, phychologically, or mentally.
ReplyDeleteI really like your question the way it is. I wouldn't change anything about it. I really like the way you added "as they become adults". This still leaves you open to initially discuss the effects on the children as well.
ReplyDeleteWow Lori, lots of great questions! As for the first few w/ the effects on the age 18 and up, I wouldn't use children in my search because age 18+ is considered an adult, so you may want to search for the effects of divorce on ADULTS ages 18+....but great questions none the less!!
